Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can return any eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund or store credit (minus applicable original order shipping fees).  *Eligible return items include new/unopened and gently used items*

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- You will need to provide the Shopify Order Number, along with the email address that is attached to your Shopify order.
- Returned items will be subject to a $6.95 shipping/restocking fee. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or given as store credit.
- Any returns made after 30 days of the original shipping date will be viable for store credit only, upon discretion.
- Excessively used products are not eligible for return.
- Items eligible for return with us must have been purchased directly on Oliviasnectar.com. We are unable to receive returns or process exchanges on Olivia’s Nectar products purchased from other retailer partners. Please contact the respective retailer’s customer service team directly for information on their return policy.

TO COMPLETE A RETURN:

- Email us your order information (order number and original email address)
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely. Use the original package (if possible) or a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment.
- Your return will be processed upon arrival at our returns center (about 7-10 business days).
- We will send you a confirmation email once the return process is complete. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed and posted to your bank account.
- Please note: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
