Due to the nature of our freshly made products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. All of our products are freshly handmade to order just for you. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We ask that you please select your products carefully. Orders are entered into our system the day after you order, and processing begins. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please allow 1 business day to process your order, all orders processed after 5 pm will be considered next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Shipping is usually 2-3 business days. Orders submitted on weekends will process that next 2 business days. We ship out within 1 day after processing.
All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via United Postal Service Ground Shipping or USPS (2-3 day service, not guaranteed due to COVID-19). This service provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFO
If a package is returned to Olivia’s Nectar LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Olivia’s Nectar LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Olivia’s Nectar LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Olivia’s Nectar LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
